TEAM PLEASE READ!!!
Welcome to the Pearland Aquatics Electronic Registration platform for the 2012-2013 swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. All swimmers on the team must register every year. We look forward to having you with Pearland Aquatics and are excited for another great season!
All new families are required to pay a $150 volunteer escrow fee.This is a one time fee as long as your family completes the required number of service hours over the next year. If you meet your required service hours, your service escrow will roll over to the next year.
Also, if you are new to PEAK or if you are returning and you lost your bag tag, you will need to purchase one for each of your swimmers. It is $3.00 per swimmer. The bag tag is required of all Pearland Aquatics swimmers and is used to gain access to the Pearland Natatorium for practice only! It is not to be used to enter the Natatorium at any other time and does not give you a membership or access to the Natatorium at any other time other than practice.
When registering you will have the option of paying by check or credit/debit card. ?If you choose to pay by check you will need to make arrangements with the team Treasurer to bring your check to the pool. Please list your swimmers name and practice group on the check.Your account will not be active until the payment is received.
There is a $400 per year/per family fundraising requirement which is not due until June 30, 2013 so you have all year to earn it. Please check out the fundraising tab on the website for options to earn credit towards this requirement. Volunteer hours are now being called service hours.
Pearland Aquatics does not take payment by check for monthly payments. All families will be required to sign up for auto draft from your banking account, credit card or debit card.After completing your registration and being approved please go into your account payment set up and make sure the information is correct. Future tuition payments and any other charges you have on your account are billed on the 1st of the each month.
When you get to your billing account information please make sure that you have also clicked on the tabs for the Guardian and USA Registration and filled in the information before continuing on to the next page in the registration.
We do offer a multiswimmer discount off tuition beginning with the second swimmer. The discount will be credited to your account after you registered.
Anyone needing Team Gear: caps, meet suits, additional T-shirts, sweatshirts, warm up suits etc., please click on the Team gear botton on the homepage of the website and that will send an e-mail to the coordinator.
Masters Swimmers: There is a different registration for returning Masters swimmers so please contact me.
